Payments/Shipping
Shipping within the US may take up to approximately 5-7 business days. NOT INCLUDING HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS! For shipping on orders out of the US can take up to 6-10 business day. Shipping fees as well as taxes will be added at the end of your checkout. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase. Processing on orders take approximately 2-3 business days, NOT INCLUDING HOLIDAYS/WEEKENDS. Orders placed AFTER 4pm start processing the next business day.
C&NCosmetics is not responsible for ANY Stolen items. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it. You will have to take this up with The United States Postal Service. But if somehow they did Lose your package I will Gladly send you another one. Please be honest. I am a small business and will be spending my own money to send you another one.
If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.

BUT IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER PLEASE EMAIL US WITH CONCERNS FULL DETAIL. YOU HAVE 48 HOURS FROM THE DAY THAT YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED TO CONTACT US. AFTER THAT THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE SUPPORTED BY PHOTO OR VIDEO TO BE REVIEWED.
We also do not offer a refund when shipped to the wrong address.
